The Company does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, or employer actions, and does not control or direct the conduct of users beyond platform-level facilitation and policy enforcement.
These Terms and Conditions / User Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the website, mobile applications, digital interfaces, content, and services made available by the Company from time to time.
BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING ON, OR USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, ALONG WITH ANY OTHER POLICIES REFERENCED HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PRIVACY POLICY, COOKIES POLICY, AND ANY APPLICABLE GUIDELINES OR NOTICES ISSUED BY THE COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PLATFORM.
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any such changes shall become effective upon publication on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform following such updates shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 The Company is a duly licensed recruitment agency under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and operates a technology-enabled recruitment and employment facilitation platform. The Company may provide recruitment, placement, talent sourcing, candidate screening, and employment facilitation services to employers, either directly or through the Platform. The Company does not act as the employer of job seekers unless expressly agreed in writing. Final hiring decisions, employment terms, workplace obligations, and statutory compliance remain the sole responsibility of the respective employers.
1.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of job postings, resumes, profiles, communications, or representations made by users; the availability, quality, legality, or suitability of any job, candidate, recruiter, or employer; or that any job seeker will obtain employment or that any employer will successfully hire a candidate through the Platform. All employment decisions, negotiations, interviews, offers, engagements, and contractual relationships occur solely between the respective users and are outside the control or responsibility of the Company.
1.3 All information, content, data, job listings, resumes, profiles, messages, and communications available on the Platform are provided directly by users. The Company does not independently verify, endorse, approve, or warrant such usergenerated content. 1.4 The Platform may offer optional tools, features, or third-party integrations relating to profile screening, background checks, or verification; however, such measures, if any, are limited in scope and do not constitute a comprehensive verification or endorsement of any user. Such tools, when and where provided, are facilitative in nature and do not replace independent assessment or decision-making by users. The responsibility to conduct independent due diligence, background checks, reference verification, and compliance checks rests solely with the users engaging with each other through the Platform. The Company does not initiate, select, modify, or control user-generated content and acts solely as an online intermediary facilitating access to such content.

These representations and warranties shall be deemed to be continuing throughout the user’s access to and use of the Platform.

Any infringement or suspected infringement may result in immediate removal of content and suspension or termination of user access.

12.5 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove access to any Third- Party Service or integration at any time without notice, including where such service becomes unavailable, unlawful, or commercially impractical. The Company does not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or compatibility of any Third-Party Service.
12.6 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with a user’s use of, reliance on, or inability to access any Third-Party Services, even if such services are accessed through the Platform.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:
• access to or use of the Platform;
• inability to access or use the Platform;
• interactions, communications, or transactions between users;
• reliance on user-generated content or AI-generated outputs;
• suspension, restriction, or termination of access;
• errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in content or services.
13.2 The Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, conduct, representations, or disputes of users or third parties, including employers, recruiters, job seekers, service providers, or external links, whether occurring on or off the Platform.
13.3 The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any interactions, communications, meetings, interviews, agreements, payments, or exchanges occurring outside the Platform, even if initiated through the Platform.
13.4 The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13.5 The Company shall not be liable for employer hiring decisions, employment terms, visa processing, onboarding, workplace conduct, disciplinary action, or termination of employment. All such matters remain the exclusive responsibility of the respective employers. The Company shall not be liable for regulatory, licensing, immigration, visa, or governmental outcomes arising from recruitment or employment processes facilitated through the Platform.
13.6 To the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be limited to the total fees (if any) actually paid by the user to the Company in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such minimum amount as may be required under mandatory applicable law, whichever is higher. This limitation shall apply on an aggregate basis for all claims arising during the relevant period and not on a per-claim basis.
13.7 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or fraud, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited.
13.8 Users acknowledge and agree that the limitations set out in these Terms reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and the Company would not be able to provide the Platform on the same basis without these limitations. The limitations apply even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of damages.
14.1 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its group entities, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• any breach or alleged breach of these Terms, policies, representations, or obligations by the user;
• submission, publication, or use of any User Content that is false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or third-party rights;
• misuse of the Platform, including prohibited content or conduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorised activities;
• violation of labour, employment, immigration, recruitment, advertising, data protection, or consumer protection laws by the user;
• disputes, claims, or proceedings between users, including employer-job seeker disputes, recruitment-related claims, or contractual disagreements;
• reliance by any person on user-provided information, AI-generated outputs, recommendations, or Platform features;
• failure to obtain required consents, licences, approvals, or authorisations in connection with the user’s activities on the Platform.
14.2 This indemnity applies to claims brought by third parties, including other users, employees, candidates, employers, regulators, or governmental authorities, arising from the user’s acts or omissions.
14.3 The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to assume control of the defence of any claim subject to indemnification, without relieving the user of its indemnity obligations. Users agree to cooperate fully in such defence. The Company shall have sole discretion regarding the conduct, strategy, and settlement of any claim, provided that no settlement imposing monetary liability on the user shall be entered into without the user’s consent.
14.4 The indemnity obligations under this section shall apply regardless of any insurance coverage held by the user and shall not be limited by any fees paid or payable by the user to the Company. The indemnity obligations under this Clause shall survive suspension, termination, or expiration of the user’s access to the Platform.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government orders or restrictions, changes in law, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, power or telecommunications failures, internet or hosting disruptions, cyber incidents, system outages, or failure of third-party service providers (“Force Majeure Event”), and performance shall be suspended for the duration of such Force Majeure Event without liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations. Where any provision is held to conflict with mandatory legal requirements, such provision shall be deemed modified or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with such requirements, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms.
17.1 Amendments – The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
17.2 Severability – If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver – Failure by the Company to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other rights.
